Value Added and Value Enhancement  

AXIL will bring its project development capability that is among the best in the domestic and regional fronts and encompasses all aspects, to include:

• Developing the basic business case for the project which requires rigorous economic, commercial, financial and technical analysis
• Evaluating and recommending the optimal project ownership and transaction structures ·     Assisting and/or negotiating long-term commercial agreements i.e., concession agreements, power purchase agreement, offtakes, among others, as necessary to secure a viable project
• Conducting feasibility and risk management studies
• Assisting and/or negotiating the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) contract terms Assisting and/or negotiating  the O & M (Operating and Maintenance) agreements 
• Identifying and potentially, acquiring the site(s) and securing the necessary permits for project construction and operation
• Providing initial development capital and facilitating project development support from AXIL's identified infrastructure funds, strategic equity partners and technical operators
• Arranging third party long term equity and debt financing on a limited recourse basis (i.e. project finance basis where repayment is mainly based on project cash flow) 

AXIL's projects offer infrastructure investors and strategic funds a distinctive opportunity to participate and own a significant part of the first Philippine-based LNG/FSRU company.  This can potentially cover the complete LNG value chain (i.e., upstream, midstream and downstream facilities).  All related projects have been structured to provide acceptable risk-adjusted returns for investors while insuring intangible benefits to the host government and local communities.
